We are looking for a motivated and reliable Marketing Manager / Sales Associate who can help grow our business through creative marketing while also working in-store during night shifts assisting customers and driving sales.
This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who understands both marketing strategy and retail sales.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Duties:
Manage and grow social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
Create engaging content (photos, videos, promotions, product showcases)
Plan and execute in-store promotions, sales campaigns, and events
Monitor trends in the smoke/vape industry and suggest new product ideas
Assist with branding, flyers, and digital advertising efforts
Help increase customer traffic and retention through creative strategies
Sales & Store Duties (Night Shift):
Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
Maintain strong knowledge of products including:
Glass (pipes, bongs, accessories)
Dry herb vaporizers
Concentrate vaporizers
Nicotine vapes
Hookahs and related products
Handle cash register, transactions, and basic inventory tasks
Keep store clean, organized, and fully stocked
Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
