Social Media and Marketing Manager

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of graphic design, video production, content creation, marketing coordination, and brand management in a fast-paced med spa environment. Create and manage monthly promotional signage for all locations Design billboard advertisements and marketing collateral Create Instagram Reel-style promotional graphics/videos for monthly specials Design and update: Product of the Month signage Brochures Banners Treatment room TV content Consult folders and books In-spa signage and collateral Create and maintain pre-treatment and post-treatment instruction sheets/cards Coordinate monthly specials and updates with website management team Review and approve email blasts and website updates Communicate marketing needs and content changes to external partners Featured services/products Educational content Monthly specials Marketing Outreach Experience in marketing, multimedia design, communications, or related field preferred Strong graphic design and video editing skills Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Photography/videography experience preferred Social media and branding knowledge preferred Experience in aesthetics, wellness, beauty, or med spa industry is a plus
