Experience working at a marketing or creative agency Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent applicable industry experience Strong understanding of branding, social media, experiential marketing, and consumer engagement Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership Thrives in fast-moving startup environments where priorities can change quickly Strong communication and project management skills Ability to think strategically while also executing day-to-day work Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Willingness to travel up to 50% Based in or near the Atlanta area preferred If you’re looking for a predictable corporate marketing role with layers of approvals and endless meetings, this probably isn’t for you.
