At 330 Motorsports, we don't separate the grind from the brand — they're the same thing. We're looking for one high-energy individual who can build our online presence AND convert that audience into customers. You'll be the voice of 330 Motorsports — on the feed and on the phone.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
This is a true hybrid position. You'll manage and grow our social media channels while simultaneously working leads, setting appointments, and driving showroom traffic through our BDC. The content you create will generate the leads you close. You own both ends of that pipeline — and you'll be rewarded for results across both.
Create and post high-impact content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube daily — photos, videos, reels, stories Engage followers, respond to DMs and comments, and build a loyal community around the 330 Motorsports brand Run and manage paid social ad campaigns that drive real leads into our pipeline Work inbound and outbound leads generated from social and digital channels — calls, texts, and emails Set and confirm showroom appointments and follow up until they show Maintain CRM records and lead activity with accuracy and consistency Track social analytics and lead conversion metrics and report what's working.
Bring fresh content ideas that match the energy of our brand and our inventory Shoot and edit on-site video content featuring vehicles, staff, events, and deliveries
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Proven social media content creation experience — show us your work Comfort on the phone: confident, clear, and persuasive with leads Video shooting and editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) Experience with Meta Ads Manager or paid social platforms CRM experience a plus (VinSolutions, DealerCenter, or similar) Self-starter mentality — you manage your own schedule and hit your own targets Automotive or motorsports passion strongly preferred
