The Festival Companies, managing agent for RHC Property Holdings LLC is looking for a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to assist the VP, Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager of Royal Hawaiian Center (RHC) to plan and implement its marketing and advertising activities. For this role, you will mainly be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing social media posts on RHC's Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter pages; RHC website development, maintenance, and internet marketing strategies and tactics; coordinating and executing Center's events and gift with purchase promotions; collaborate with the RHC Marketing Team (VP, Director of Marketing, Marketing Manager, Advertising & PR Agencies and Contracted vendors); assist in coordinating meetings (semi-annual merchant meetings, monthly agency meetings, etc); and perform related administrative duties. • Monitor competitors’ social media outlets: pages, sites, blogs on a daily basis and report findings to the RHC Marketing Department. • Coordinate with RHC’s public relations, advertising agency of record for the social and online media initiatives for RHC • Present social media updates to marketing team i.e. Marketing Department, PR and advertising agencies at monthly 360 meetings. • Must have flexibility to work on weekends for scheduled events and/or promotions (1-2 times a month on average) • Proven work experience as a Marketing Assistant or similar role • Excellent communication and presentation skills
