This role will amplify our brand presence across digital platforms. • Create engaging content (graphics, videos, captions) aligned with brand voice and campaign goals • Manage content calendars and schedule posts to optimize reach and engagement • Monitor analytics and generate performance reports; adjust strategies based on insights • Grow our presence and engagement and ultimately generate sales • Collaborate with internal teams to support events, product launches, and campaigns • Support email marketing, blog content, and digital advertising initiatives • Stay current on trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep our strategy fresh Sales & Outreach • Support lead generation through digital campaigns, social media funnels, and targeted outreach • Assist in developing sales collateral, pitch decks, and promotional materials • Track and report on sales conversions from digital channels • Coordinate with sales team to align messaging and follow-up strategies • Engage with prospects via social platforms, email, and events to nurture relationships • Contribute to CRM management and customer segmentation efforts Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in social media, marketing, or sales coordination • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) • Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills • Analytical mindset with experience using insights to drive decisions • Passion for community engagement, brand building, and revenue growth Job Types: Part-time, Contract
