If you live and breathe Instagram, Tik Tok, and Pinterest, have a great eye for content, and want to grow fast inside a brand you'll be genuinely proud of, this is the role for you.Key Responsibilities Content Creation & ExecutionSupport the development and curation of daily content calendar across all of Lola Blankets' social platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Facebook, etc. )Ideate and help create engaging reels and Tik Toks that reflect our products and brand aestheticBrand Voice & ConsistencySupport our copywriter in ensuring every post and community interaction reflects Lola's tone and personality across all platformsHelp maintain brand consistency in style, quality, and voice across all social contentCommunity & SentimentMonitor and respond to organic comments and DMs across paid and organic channels hourly & daily in partnership with the broader Social / Influencer Team (Monday - Sunday; social never sleeps!
