• Responsible for data and performance reporting of all social media platforms, leveraging Sprinklr, Adobe and social media platforms to analyze key performance indicators to identify optimizations, pivots, insights, etc. • Obtain requirements from internal clients on marketing initiatives, create project briefs, and brief the internal creative agency on the projects. • Work with the internal creative agency to produce creative that is on strategy, on target and on brand by effectively kicking off the project, and constantly communicating with them about the status of the project and other relevant updates. Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or digital marketing or social media • 5-7 years’ experience in social media marketing, including organic and paid social media • Social media experience with creating content, copy and developing content strategies and campaigns, across Facebook, Instagram, Pintrest, Twitter/X, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, etc. • Detail-oriented in all work, ability to multi-task, and solid project management skills • Superb verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Agency experience or work with creative/social media agency is a plus
