Signs by SI and Mahjong by SI are looking for a creative, organized, and motivated entry-level team member to join our growing in-house studio.
This is a great opportunity for someone right out of school who wants hands-on experience in social media, content creation, influencer outreach, branding, email marketing, digital advertising, e-commerce, and operations inside a fast-paced creative business.
The ideal candidate is highly creative, social media savvy, organized, proactive, and excited to help grow two visual, brand-driven businesses.
About Us
Signs by SI is a female-owned custom signage and fabrication company specializing in corporate signage, event signage, corporate events, schools, custom installations, and branded experiences.
Mahjong by SI is our growing e-commerce division focused on elevated mahjong mats and accessories sold direct-to-consumer and wholesale nationwide.
Everything is produced in-house from our Atlanta studio.
ResponsibilitiesSocial Media + Content Creation
Create and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
Capture behind-the-scenes studio content, product photos, videos, and reels
Assist with content calendars and campaign planning
Help brainstorm creative content ideas, launches, trends, and seasonal campaigns
Monitor trends, engagement opportunities, and platform growth
Influencer + Brand Outreach
Research and identify influencer and brand partnership opportunities
Assist with influencer outreach, gifting coordination, and relationship management
Help build partnerships with creators, event professionals, and brand collaborators
Support outreach campaigns for both Signs by SI and Mahjong by SI
Email + SMS Marketing
Assist with Klaviyo email and SMS campaigns
Help support promotions, launches, and customer communication initiatives
Organize campaign assets, visuals, and product copy
Shopify + Online Sales Channels
Upload and organize products in Shopify
Update product listings, collections, and website content
Assist with Instagram Shop, TikTok Shop, Pinterest, and Amazon Shop management
Help maintain visual consistency across online platforms
Paid + Organic Marketing
Support basic campaign setup, organization, and reporting
Knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Amazon Ads, or Google Ads is a plus
Track engagement and campaign performance to help guide content strategy
Studio + Operations Support
Assist with packing and shipping orders
Help with light production tasks, training provided
Support studio organization and day-to-day workflow
Jump in where needed to help the business run smoothly
What We’re Looking For
Strong interest in social media, branding, marketing, content creation, or digital advertising
Creative eye for aesthetics, trends, and brand presentation
Comfortable creating content on iPhone and social platforms
Organized, dependable, proactive, and willing to learn
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with Canva, Shopify, Klaviyo, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or influencer marketing is a strong plus
Positive attitude and willingness to help across different areas of the business

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
