Social Media Content Creator – One Fourteen

One Fourteen is a modern dive bar and backyard venue in downtown Louisville. We’re hiring a social media content creator to capture the energy of the bar, promote events, and help drive traffic through consistent, on-brand content.

This role is hands-on. We’re looking for someone who can be on-site, create strong photo and video content, edit quickly, post consistently, and help make One Fourteen feel active and relevant online.

Responsibilities

Create photo and video content at the bar and during eventsPost and manage Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook contentBuild weekly content around specials, live music, and backyard programmingCapture real-time content on busy nights, weekends, and special eventsEdit reels, stories, short-form videos, and simple promo graphicsWork directly with ownership on campaigns, promotions, and brand voiceTrack engagement and help improve content performanceHelp turn social media attention into in-person trafficQualifications

Experience creating content for a bar, restaurant, venue, brand, or local businessStrong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and short-form videoComfortable shooting and editing content quicklyAvailable for some nights and weekendsUnderstands nightlife, hospitality, and what gets people in the doorAble to work independently and stay consistentGraphic design or paid social ad experience is a plusSchedule

Part-time. Flexible schedule, but this role requires on-site content capture during some nights, weekends, and special events.
