Social Media Content Creator

Studio Siete Marketing Consultancy is a Bay Area marketing agency that specializes in helping restaurants, taquerias, cafés, and other local food businesses grow through social media.

We're looking for someone who genuinely understands Instagram, TikTok, Reels, trends, and short-form content—not someone focused on cinematic productions or high-end commercial videography.

If you're the type of person who constantly notices trending audio, viral editing styles, and knows how to make engaging content using an iPhone, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Visit assigned restaurant clients for scheduled content shoots

• Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook

• Capture food, drinks, restaurant atmosphere, employees, and behind-the-scenes moments

• Edit videos in a clean, fast-paced social media style

• Schedule and post content

• Stay current on social media trends and viral content ideas

• Work directly with small family-owned businesses throughout the Bay Area

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video

• Knows what makes content engaging and shareable

• Comfortable filming with an iPhone 4k 60FPS

• Basic editing experience using CapCut, Instagram, TikTok, or similar apps

• Reliable transportation and willing to travel to restaurant locations

• Able to work independently and manage assigned clients

• Photography experience is a plus, but not required

• Spanish is a plus, but not required

This Job Is NOT For Someone Who...

• Only wants to shoot with professional cameras

• Focuses primarily on cinematic or commercial video production

• Prefers high-end color grading or advanced editing

• Wants to create polished advertising videos instead of authentic social media content

Most of our content is filmed on iPhones and edited using simple, social-media-friendly workflows. We care much more about creativity, storytelling, and understanding social media than expensive equipment.

Schedule

This is a flexible part-time contractor position.

Content shoots are scheduled in advance.

Compensation is $250 per month for each assigned client

Most new content creators start with approximately 5 clients (about $1,250/month), with opportunities to increase earnings by taking on additional clients.
