Position: Digital Media Specialist: Full Time Social Media Content Creators help film, create, post and run social media content and campaigns across various platforms including social media (primary) and other digital media platforms. They build strong relationships with brands, have content creation understanding and are able to provide reporting and summaries of reach/influence. Primary Duties • Develop and implement a social media strategy for multiple clients. Experience and Skill Set • Experience as a social media specialist or similar position • Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Tik-Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and other platforms • Ability to create content and work with in-house production team to develop content • Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills • Understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO • Experience doing buyer persona and audience research
