Key Responsibilities • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms (including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and more) • Edit short-form and long-form videos for posts, campaigns, and promotions • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative concepts and develop content strategies • Craft compelling captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action that align with our brand voice • Monitor performance metrics, engagement, and trends to refine and optimize content • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand-wide initiatives • Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent, timely publishing • Professionally engage with patients and followers by responding to comments and messages • Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in content creation, video editing, and social media management • Proven track record of managing social media accounts for brands or organizations • Strong proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva, or equivalents) • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, design, storytelling, and branding • Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment • Self-motivated, highly organized, and strong collaborative team player
