This role is for someone who naturally notices trends before everyone else, understands what makes people engage, and gets excited about building online communities. If you’re the type who instinctively saves trending audio, thinks in Reels/TikToks, enjoys engaging with audiences, and can turn ideas into polished content quickly - we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll DoCommunity Management & Engagement
Manage day-to-day activity across social media accountsRespond to comments, direct messages, mentions, and audience interactions in a timely, professional wayShare content to stories and create story-based engagement opportunitiesProactively engage with relevant accounts and communities to support visibility and growthHelp maintain a positive, active online presenceContent Creation
Create engaging social content, including stories, reels, captions, graphics, and short-form videoEdit video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social platformsIdentify and act on relevant social media trends, audio, and content opportunitiesRepurpose content across multiple channelsGrowth & Strategy Support
Help grow followers, reach, and engagement through organic social strategiesBring fresh ideas for content, campaigns, and engagementTrack what’s working and help optimize performanceWriting & Communication
Write compelling social captions and occasional newsletter/email contentMaintain brand voice while adapting messaging for different audiences
