About the role: We are looking for a talented and driven B2B marketer with strong visual storytelling skills to execute and manage content for a portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and execute all digital content deliverables for assigned clients • Plan and design content calendars, including captions and hashtag research • Create and edit photos, graphics, and videos • Coordinate and support on-site photo and video sessions with clients, when needed • Design and deploy email newsletters • Update and design new marketing materials for clients, when needed • Develop and maintain detailed marketing strategies for multiple clients at once • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients and proactively bring ideas and recommendations • Maintain direct communication with clients, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly • Coordinate and lead strategy meetings regularly • Use data and qualitative feedback to refine strategies and content over time • Schedule and monitor posts for assigned clients (primarily LinkedIn, occasionally Facebook and Instagram) • Community engagement on behalf of assigned clients to encourage growth & visibility • Review analytics and client feedback to monitor the performance of content • Stay up to date with relevant trends, tools, and best practices for B2B marketing on LinkedIn and email • Collaborate with the CEO and the Vessel Marketing team to align on new strategies and ideas • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to be an effective storyteller, working with a strategic mindset to develop and execute effective marketing strategies. Preferred Experience: • Relevant experience or knowledge in the construction, industrial, or maritime industries • Planning, execution, and monitoring of content creation with experience managing business and professional accounts • Production experience using Canva and scheduling programs • Production experience with video editing and/or photography • Proficient in working in G Suite • Experience running Meta and LinkedIn Ad Campaigns • Newsletter writing is a plus!
