You will lead hands-on workshops, guiding students through content strategy, creation, and analytics—culminating in live event coverage and year-round social engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Curriculum Design & Delivery: Develop and teach nine (9) two-hour sessions (18 total hours) covering: • Social media strategy and editorial calendars • Platform best practices (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) • Graphic design fundamentals and video storytelling • Copywriting for posts, captions, and calls-to-action • Branded content creation workflows and production planning • Hands-On Coaching: Guide student teams in creating: • Pre-program teaser videos, announcement graphics, and sponsor spotlights • Live-match highlights, interviews, and behind-the-scenes streams • Post-event thank-you content and impact stories for donor stewardship • Tool & Platform Training: Provide instruction on: • Design tools (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) • Video editors (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) • Social scheduling and analytics platforms (Later, Hootsuite, or native Insights) • Brand & Voice Development: Help students craft a consistent, professional brand voice and visual identity that resonates with sponsors, families, and the esports community. • Collaboration & Feedback: Foster a positive environment where students pitch ideas, receive constructive feedback, and iterate quickly on their content. Required Qualifications: • Proven Social Media Expertise: 3+ years managing professional social channels, creating viral or high-engagement content. Work Schedule: • Location: Hybrid—primarily at our main facility with some remote prep work • Sessions: Twenty-four (24) × 2-hour workshops during the summer program (June 24 – August 1) • Event Day: On-site support for live social coverage of the August 1 fundraising tournament
