Social Media Content Producer

Who We Are We are looking for a Content Producer to join one of our client social media pods and own the creation side of the work. Produce short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, and Stories - including editing, and captioning, and postingCreate static graphics and visual assets aligned to each client's brand identityWrite copy for social posts, captions, email campaigns, and SMS/text campaignsManage content calendars and hit deadlines consistently across up to 12 client accountsCollaborate with the Account Lead to translate strategy and creative direction into finished contentMaintain brand voice, visual consistency, and quality standards across all client deliverablesStay current on platform trends, formats, and algorithm behavior and bring relevant ideas to the teamIterate quickly based on feedback without losing momentum You have 2+ years of experience creating content, preferably in-house or at an agencyHave a strong portfolio of both video and static assetsYou are skilled across formats - video editing, graphic design, and copywriting are all in your toolkitYou work comfortably in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva and are proficient in short-form video editing toolsYou have a strong eye for design and a natural sense of brand voiceYou have a keen creative touch - you do not simply use AI editorsYou are organized, communicative, and reliable when managing multiple accounts at onceYou understand how content performs on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedInYou are comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and speed mattersAbility to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate in a fast-paced, creative environment.You have experience with email marketing platforms and basic campaign messaging a plus You will work on a real roster of clients across industries - no fake brand briefsYou will be a core part of a small, high-trust pod where your work is seen and your voice mattersA communicative, collaborative, and fun team who thrive on brainstorming and creative conversationsWe move fast and build things that work - no bloated approval chains or endless revision loopsRoom to grow as the agency scales - this is an early role with long-term upside
