At Branch Basics, our mission is to empower people with the education and tools to create truly healthy homes. This role will have an opportunity to make a significant impact as we scale Branch Basics into a mainstay and trusted brand in the better-for-you-and-your-home space. This role supports the Senior Social Media Manager in expanding Branch Basics’ brand presence, improving engagement, syndicating content across platforms, and contributing to content development. Content Creation, Editing & Syndication • Assist with basic short‑form editing (Reels, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts) • Help with resizing, repurposing, and formatting assets for multiple platforms • Ensure all content aligns with Branch Basics’ brand voice, aesthetic, and strategy • Upload Instagram Reels to Tik Tok and You Tube Shorts • Ability to research content that exists within our blog and courses for content development • Support clip organization and categorization • Stay aligned with the weekly content calendar • Bring syndication & platform insights to weekly team meetings • Assist with research and ideation for future content Community Engagement & Giveaways • Own social channel comments and messages – respond to community questions with our brand tone and values • Monitor platforms several times per week and escalate important feedback • Manage all giveaway communication and logistics • Track winners and coordinate fulfillment with the Senior Social Media Manager • Ideate and contribute new giveaway strategies for Tik Tok Pinterest • Fully own Pinterest organic strategy and execution • Create content aligned with campaigns and product launches • Collaborate with design on new pins and repurposing evergreen content • Report monthly performance metrics What You’ve Done: • Have 1–3 years social media experience (brand or agency) • Have experience creating and editing social content • Understanding of wellness, non‑toxic living, or lifestyle brands • Experience with Tailwind, Later and scheduling and video editing tools is a plus Who You Are: • Highly organized, reliable, and proactive • Love social media and understand how Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts, Pinterest & Instagram work • Comfortable inside spreadsheets and tracking systems • Excellent written communication skills • Flexible, move quickly and meet deadlines • Enjoy working autonomously and collaboratively • Curious about healthy living, wellness, CPG, sustainability, and ingredient transparency What We Offer: • Mission driven culture – you will invariably make a difference and impact • A vibrant and devoted team, whose passion and positivity radiates through everything we do • Competitive total rewards package including annual bonus, equity, company-paid medical and dental, 401k contribution, unlimited time‑off (just to name a few benefits!)
