This role will own the execution of organic and paid social efforts across multiple client accounts, oversee optimization efforts, and analyze results across multiple platforms including (but not limited to) Meta, Linked In, and Tik Tok.This position requires a balance of creative thinking, strategic planning, and strong analytical and organizational skills.Job Responsibilities:General:Guide overall social media efforts to elevate brand image, awareness, and performance for assigned clientsCollaborate with internal teams to integrate social media into broader advertising initiativesStay current on social trends, tools, and platform updates, and recommend new strategies to keep clients ahead of the curveManage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining qualityContent:Plan and execute strategic social media content calendars (including post concepts, copywriting, and collaboration with creative team)Write strong copy across multiple brand voicesCoordinate with the creative team to develop content that aligns with strategy and campaign goalsManage daily community engagement and reputation management (comments, DMs, reviews as applicable)Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities. Use performance insights to refine content strategy over timePaid Social AdvertisingManage paid social campaigns day-to-day, including optimization opportunities to improve performanceChannel strategyTargeting and audience developmentCreative and ad copy developmentTesting and iterationBudget pacing and managementTrack and report on campaign performance and communicate status updates to internal teams and clientsProvide custom analysis, key insights, and strategic recommendationsSkills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in a related field (Marketing, Communications, Advertising, etc.
