This is a hands-on role where you’ll work on real client accounts, assist with content creation, and gain direct experience in a fast-paced agency environment. Responsibilities Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business Profiles Manage community engagement (respond to comments, messages, and reviews) Assist in planning and organizing monthly content calendars Support in-person photo and video shoots (setup, content capture, and occasional on-camera presence) Research and track social media trends Maintain organization of content and assets in Dropbox Contribute creative ideas for content and campaigns Qualifications Strong interest in social media, content creation, and marketing Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Strong communication skills Comfortable working in-person and collaborating with a team Comfortable being on camera is a plus Bonus: Experience with photo/video editing (Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
