Social Media Coordinator - Mercato

Interested in brands, events, placemaking, storytelling, and design? We’re looking for a *Social Media** & Marketing Coordinator *at Mercato,** who wants to influence cutting-edge real estate. In this role, you will assist in executing marketing and design strategy for real estate projects in Naples, FL. Duties include event ideation and coordination, basic presentation design, social media, project management, market research, as well as providing support to the Creative & Marketing department through general administrative support. *Marketing SupportProofread, revise, and update marketing collateral, advertisements, websites, and social templatesCoordinate sourcing, preparation, production, and distribution of marketing materialsSupport Mercato tenants through marketing and events*Admin & General SupportFiling system maintenance and organizationCreate forms and templatesMeeting support: scheduling, agenda and meeting materials prep, note taking, and meeting follow upSupport team in general administrative tasks: budgeting tracking, project tracking, data tracking and entry, database updates, etc.Perform general office duties and errandsProject management of graphic requests and other deliverablesPrepare clear and concise reports, correspondence, and other written materialsMay provide direct coordination and communication with outside consultants as well as internal departmentsPerform other related duties as assigned*Qualifications Experience 1-2 years of social media experience in a professional setting and the ability to provide examplesAny combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job*Knowledge OfMarketing, including traditional and digital marketing techniques, PR, social media marketing are a plusPlacemaking principles, including what creates a sense of place, aesthetics, inclusivity, community involvement, and sustainability, are a plus*Skills And AbilitiesMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) functional proficie
