Job Description:

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and social media-savvy individual to join our team as a Social Media Coordinator. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with social media, has strong writing skills, and can manage content schedules for multiple brands.

Your primary responsibility will be organizing, scheduling, and publishing content across different social media platforms while ensuring that every post is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time.

What You'll Do:

Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.Write engaging, creative, and brand-appropriate captions for graphics, reels, and social media posts.Manage and maintain content calendars for multiple client accounts.Review posts for accuracy, spelling, formatting, and consistency before publishing.Ensure all scheduled content is posted correctly and on time.Coordinate with our creative team to organize and prepare content for publishing.Stay familiar with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.Assist with basic social media tasks and content organization as needed.Qualifications:

Previous experience with social media management, content scheduling, or a similar role.Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.Strong writing, grammar, and communication skills in English. Spanish is a plus.Ability to write captions that feel natural, engaging, and tailored to different brands.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or other social media scheduling platforms is a plus.Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools is a plus.Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a creative team.Work Location: In person — Edinburg, TX
