Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Execution • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with GlamScents’ brand vision and business goals • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) • Maintain and manage the content calendar to ensure consistent posting and campaign alignment • Monitor trends within the beauty and fragrance industry to keep GlamScents relevant and competitive Analytics & Growth Opportunities • Track performance metrics and assist in preparing monthly social media reports • Analyze engagement, reach, and conversion data to recommend improvements • Research and identify new opportunities for GlamScents, including: • Influencer partnerships • Brand collaborations • Giveaway campaigns • Affiliate marketing programs • Emerging platforms and trends • Monitor competitors and suggest strategies to increase GlamScents’ market presence Administrative & Marketing Support • Assist the marketing team with campaign coordination and execution • Help manage social media ad campaigns and audience targeting • Organize digital assets and maintain brand consistency across platforms • Support email marketing and website updates when needed
