Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking to hire an experienced, tech-savvy, and creative professional to continue building our fast-growing online and media brand. The candidate will develop and implement strategic campaigns to attract new followers and subscribers; and to demonstrate knowledge of social media platforms, aptitude for marketing and communications. RESPONSIBILITIES  Map out a comprehensive social media marketing plan to engage current followers, subscribers, and to expand our audiences across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Discord, etc)  Optimizing SEO and launching Google’s keyword search ads  Content management for our website  Statistic reports and analytics for social media channels.  Evaluating the overall performance of social networking channels to develop effective strategies and campaigns  Monitoring social networking trends, applications, design, and strategies  Other responsibilities as needed DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE  2-3 years of professional experience in digital marketing and social media or in content development/management  Strong familiarity or knowledge of business applications of social medial platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Discord, etc  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an obsession for detail  Experience with earned and paid media is a plus  Understanding of on-page and off-page SEO tactics and/or paid digital advertising (Facebook and Google)  Positive attitude  Familiarity with adult media is preferred  Mandarin-speaking is strongly preferred  Video production experience is helpful but not required Salary & Benefits: Salary commensurate with experience.
