Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist

Grote Automotive (4 dealership locations) is looking for a social media pro who knows how to run paid ads AND create daily organic content (reels, stories, posts) that drives real results. We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist who already knows how to run paid advertising and manage daily organic content across multiple platforms. This role is hands-on, creative, and results-driven—you won’t be “figuring it out” here; we’re looking for someone who can bring proven expertise and immediately elevate our presence. Paid Advertising • Create, manage, and optimize paid ads across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other platforms to drive measurable results (website traffic, leads, and in-store visits). • Spend time in-house capturing content, coordinating with staff, and staying connected to the dealerships.
