The Social Media & Marketing Manager is responsible for content coordination, development, production, implementation and curation, social media engagement, and online consumer relations for a large hotel, casino resort brand across multiple channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn and more. • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals. • Support development of multicultural social media communication strategy. o Directing and working with models • Strong photo/video editing and production skills – including use of industry-standard software, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premier Pro • Ability to engage guests in positive manner in alignment with brand image • Experience using social media listening / scheduling / analytics tools (including the Microsoft Office Suite – e.g., Excel) • Must be able to work during high-volume and key event periods at the property in order to maximize engagement opportunities • Ability of complex reading, writing, math, and task completion skills is required. Team Member will perform work face-to-face including verbal contact with others on extended shifts around computer equipment.
