Social Media & Digital Marketing Analyst

Develop and implement effective social media strategies for Lock Laces, engaging our audience and driving brand awareness.Create and curate engaging content, including images, videos, and compelling captions for various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more.Collaborate with our brand ambassadors as well as influencers / models to create content that’s aimed at growing brand awareness and driving sales.Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to refine and optimize our online presence. Collaborate with the President to produce engaging content for the Lock Laces website, ensuring it reflects the brand’s identity and resonates with the target audience.Craft eye-catching email blasts that promote new products, sales, and other marketing campaigns, fostering customer loyalty and boosting conversions. Willingness to attend 1-2 local events per month and travel from time to time to trade shows, races, and more to spread brand awareness and shoot new content.Communicate with potential customers at events about the product and its benefits. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Social Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.Comfortable with photography and videography on the phone and willingness to learn how to shoot on our professional camera.Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).Bonus points for any experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon and Shopify.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.A strong eye for detail, composition, and visual aesthetics.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
