Job Details Description Benderson Development is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Sarasota, Florida. Create, manage and optimize social media content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn to showcase the company, premier properties and lifestyle.Oversee digital assets, including multiple websites, social platforms, and email marketing campaigns.Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns.Create editorial calendars, copy and creative content for all digital and social media campaigns.Evaluate social media performance and develop strategies to achieve goals.Plan and execute lead generation campaigns and evaluate performance analytics across all social platforms.Manage deadlines and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on schedule.Format content, run ads, manage budgets, and evaluate performance for paid content.Engage with followers, influencers and tenants by responding to comments, collaborating on promotions and managing the brand's online reputation.Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns.Collaborate with teams to create compelling, consistent content across platforms.Stay current with digital trends, emerging technologies, best practices, and market opportunities. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.5 + years professional digital marketing experience.Proven experience creating and managing successful digital campaignsIn-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, trends and best practices.Proficiency in photo and video editing softwareExperience running paid media campaignsStrong organizational skills, creative thinking, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable working with a team to develop comprehensive social media strategies and original content.Strong ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.Excellent writing and editing skillsProficiency with tools like WordPress, Canva, Constant Contact, Google Analytics, LinkedIn/Facebook/InstagramThis is an In-Person role based in Sarasota, FL
