**Job Summary:** Patriot Enterprises, LLC is seeking an experienced Public Affairs/Visual Information Program Manager to support Public Affairs (PA)/Visual Information (VI), Knowledge Management (KM), and Multimedia services for the Commander Naval Surface Forces Pacific (CNSP) Public Affairs Office.

**Basic Qualifications:**

* Security Clearance: Secret
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and/or experience

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Must provide Public Affairs and OPTASK Visual Information (PA/VI) program management support to the Commander, Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet's (CNSP) Public Affairs Officer and Force Mass Communication Specialist
* Must provide expert-level policy, equipage, and training insight and oversight for CNSP's PA/VI operational mission.
* Must ensure CNSP subordinate commands are capable of delivering accurate, timely, and effective visual information products that strategically communicate unit-level operations in support of surface force, fleet, and national objectives.
* Must inventory and manage still and video cameras, night vision equipment, laptops, editing software, and audio recording equipment.
* Must provide inputs and updates to established PA/VI policy. This includes, but is not limited to, force-level PA/VI-related naval instructions, naval messages, and Fleet-level policy documents.
* Must communicate and collaborate with the U.S. Pacific Fleet's VI Program Director regarding Pacific fleet-level policy alignment.
* Must provide inputs and updates to established force-wide OPTASK VI and Unit Public Affairs Officer (UPAR) equipment standards and requirements for relevant instructions, messages, and AELs.
* Must review unit PA/VI status reports to ensure adherence to administrative and equipment requirements and assist units in identifying solutions for realignment with established standards.
* Must distribute as-needed replacement PA/VI equipment to CNSP units, including physical delivery or shipment.
* Must provide assistance and expertise to CNSP units in the ordering and acquisition of replacement PA/VI equipment.
* Must maintain and update CNSP PA's physical OPTASK VI equipment inventory to include: Receipt and cataloging of PA/VI equipment from decommissioning ships; maintaining equipment transfer of ownership forms for equipment provided to and received from CNSP units; and maintaining tracking of temporary check-in and check-out of PA/VI equipment.
* Must assist Afloat Training Group (ATG) Pacific and the Pacific Fleet Visual Information Specialist in conducting scheduled, hands-on, CNSP unit-level PA/VI deployment certification training.
* Must collaborate with ATG Pacific in the revision and updating of unit-level training and inspection criteria.
* Must conduct by-request PA/VI training with unit Visual Information Personnel (VIPER) teams and UPARs.
* Must be willing to travel occasionally to support CNSP PA tasking.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Background in Navy public affairs or visual information, such as prior experience as a Mass Communication Specialist or a similar military or DoD role.
* Knowledge of military supply and procurement processes.
* Familiarity with SECNAVINST 5720.44C (Navy Public Affairs Policy and Regulations)
