To apply: send ME a 90-second video. That's it. We're the opposite of a corporate company. No résumé needed, because I probably won't read it. Send the video!

Record it on your phone. In 90 seconds, tell us:

Who you are.
The best thing you've grown, and the numbers.
One idea to get us more members and growth. (HINT: Do research on Creative Owners Club and Samuel G – @ownwithsam.)

Upload it to YouTube (unlisted), Loom, or Google Drive, and paste the link in your application. No video = not considered.

Who we are

We teach people how to buy a house without a bank. We went viral on Skool and grew to 10,000+ paying members, mostly through TikTok. Now we need someone to help more people find us everywhere else.

What you'll do

Oversee a small marketing team
Map out and improve our client journey
Help me strategize, package and create content
Turn our calls, lives, and into videos for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Lead our video team. You won't edit; you'll direct what gets made.
Build the path that turns viewers into members: web pages, emails, texts, and ads.
Write words that make people want to join.
Check the numbers every week and do more of what works.

You're a good fit if you

Have grown a brand or online group before, and can prove it.
Understand YouTube and are an expert at packaging (titles, thumbnails, hooks).
Write well.
Have run Facebook and Instagram ads.
Get things done without being reminded.
Are street smart. No college degree needed, but it's okay if you have one.

This is not for you if you just want to make posts, or you run an agency.
