Social media expert needed ASAP

INSTRUCTIONS**** We are a mortgage services company in need of a social media expert to significantly boost activity across each of our platforms - LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Candidate must have demonstrated experience/success at: \\- Developing (and executing) a plan to significantly boost the number of friends in a network - through BOTH organic methods and through paid advertising \\- Developing (and executing) a plan to significantly increase the level of engagement on each of the posts (likes, comments, clicks) while maintaining our brand messaging and staying within the best practices of each platform \\- Defining the most important KPIs for each platform \\- Tracking the performance of social media campaigns and creating reports on key metrics \\- Produce content that is shareable on each platform. \\- Schedule posts through Hubspot \\- Develop and monitor weekly/monthly social media content calenders \\- Good knowledge on creating social media graphics \\- Good knowledge on video editing to create engaging video content for social channels Selected candidate can work from any location but MUST be available for zoom meetings, be available via WhatsApp and must be responsive to email. 3 references will be required before moving forward.
