Social Media & Influencer Marketing Coordinator

French/West/Vaughan (FWV), one of the nation’s leading integrated marketing agencies, is seeking an accomplished Social Media and Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in our downtown Raleigh office. In this role you will support a range of social media and influencer marketing assignments with responsibilities including content creation, writing, project management, community management, research, campaign tracking, reporting and analytics. Manages social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X on behalf of agency clients Develops monthly content calendars with posts optimized for each platformSchedules content, executes paid social campaigns, engages with users, monitors channels and creates reportsCollaborates with social, PR and creative teams to brainstorm out-of-the box social media and influencer marketing content and campaignsDemonstrated use of AI tools to improve writing, workflows, or communications processesStrong writing skills including long-form, short-form, and conversationalParticipates in content creation shoots Coordinates aspects of influencer programs, such as developing influencer lists, managing outreach and communications, producing creative briefs and reviewing influencer contentStays up to date with social media trends and shares those out internally and with clientsBuilds and maintains relationships with social media influencersAssists with day-to-day client communicationTravels to live events to provide on-site social media coverage, as needed BA/BS degree in marketing, journalism or related fields 1-2 years in a relevant position, agency experience preferred
