Our mission is to spread comfort with the world’s best blankets—products that become part of real life, passed down, shared, and loved for years.As we grow, we’re evolving how we show up — moving from highly polished content toreal, human storytelling that reflects the everyday moments our brand is part of.About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly creative, hands-on Social Media & Influencer Specialist to help transform how our brand shows up across social.You will be responsible for creating authentic, engaging content rooted in real brand moments and turning that content into a powerful engine for both organic engagement and paid acquisition (primarily on Meta).Based in Portland, Maine, you’ll have direct access to our photo studio, product, team, and community — capturing the stories that make our brand meaningful and bringing them to life through content.You will also build and test a network of creators and influencers, developing relationships that drive authentic brand advocacy and measurable ROI through channels like Shop My.What You’ll Do Content Creation & StorytellingCreate original, iPhone-style content that captures real people, real moments, and authentic brand experiencesFilm regularly in and around Portland, capturing important brand moments, product highlights & team storiesEdit and produce content using tools like Cap Cut, Premiere, or similarDevelop repeatable content formats that drive engagement and performanceShift the brand’s organic content from highly polished to authentic & relatableOrganic Social ManagementOwn day-to-day posting and content execution across core platformsEngage with our community and foster meaningful conversationsMonitor trends and quickly adapt content to stay relevantPaid Creative CollaborationPartner closely with Performance Marketing to develop content for paid socialSource & brief UGC-style creative that improves ad performanceContinuously test and iterate based on performance insightsInfluencer & Creator StrategyIdentify, onboard, and manage micro and mid-tier influencersBuild and test new creator relationshipsManage gifting and partnerships through Shop MyTrack and optimize influencer performanceWhat You Bring2+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or influencer marketingStrong hands-on experience creating iPhone-style contentA passion for authentic storytellingExperience working with influencersUnderstanding of what performs on MetaAbility to move quickly, test, learn, and iterateComfortable being on-site in PortlandChappy Wrap is an equal opportunity employer.
