Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager

Every day, Koppert Biological Systems helps growers and farmers around the world to combat pests and diseases in a natural and sustainable way. Champion the brand by creating and developing new and inventive techniques to promote our products across social networks (mainly Instagram, but also identifying key platforms that we should consider if applicable).Build annual social strategies for Koppert that build up to the overall media/brand plans, ensuring continuous innovation and evolution for our social channels and social content strategy.Orchestrate the development of social creativity across all owned platforms in partnership with sales and other creative partners.Stay up to date on new social media tools, best practices, competitive activity and other social media leaders to bring early adopter technologies and trends to Koppert nationally.Stay informed with the evolving social media landscape, including algorithmic changes, and be an advocate within the organization for bold, on-brand social engagement programs.Support the marketing of new products, seasonal offerings, key company happenings, giveaways, and more to the digital world.Oversee day-to-day operations on the brand's social media platforms (i.e. Instagram, Facebook and Youtube) including execution of content strategy and community management.Moderating and capturing user-generated content within the influencer community and building that content into the national social media strategy when applicable. Requirements: Your Knowledge and ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Media Studies, Business or a related field is required.5+ years in Digital Marketing with a focus in Social Media is required.Experience building, executing, and expanding an influencer marketing strategy.Demonstrated experience building strategy around content, voice, user generated content and community to deliver a best-in-class social media experience across all platforms.Deep working knowledge of social media channels, including management of performance-based paid social advertising campaigns.Comprehensive understanding of best practices standards for all social media channels including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, etcAbility to travel (air and ground) This has made us pioneers in the international market when it comes to biological crop protection and sustainable cultivation systems.
