Social Media Manager

Responsibilities of Role • Content planning for clients’ social media platforms • Write, design, and produce compelling and creative content • Post content using strategies to generate interactions • Engage with our clients’ communities on their behalf • Regularly communicate with all clients for content ideas and community interaction suggestions • Work with other team members to define KPIs for reports • Analyze data to improve social media accounts and boost engagement • Coordinate with team members for consistent messaging • Generate monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other marketing initiatives • Communicate with the team and management on project development, timelines, and results • Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals Qualifications • At least 2 years experience in social media management • Proven success with social media and paid social advertising • Experience managing 10+ client accounts at once • Excellent time & project management skills • The ability to interpret data for actionable results • Ability to generate creative content for organic and paid social posts • Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe products • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as social platform reporting tools • Experience with content management systems such as WordPress • Google Ads certified (preferred) • Facebook Blueprint Certification (preferred) Job Location This is a position in Wichita, KS.
