This role sits at the intersection of strategy, content creation, and team leadership. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, oversee campaign execution, and guide the growth of the department. What You’ll Own • Manage the social media team’s workflow, assignments, and priorities • Develop and lead platform-specific strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels • Direct and review content calendars, ensuring alignment with voice, tone, and creative direction • Oversee all reporting, turning metrics into insights and optimizations • Capture or direct real-time content in the field, including photo and video • Serve as the lead point of contact for social media clients, presenting strategy, performance, and campaign evolution • Guide paid social recommendations, tools, and vendor relationships • Establish internal best practices and scalable processes for growth • Ensure deliverables meet deadlines, quality standards, and KPIs What You Bring • 3+ years managing social media for brands or clients • Proven experience leading campaigns from concept to execution • A sharp creative eye and ability to direct high-quality social content • Strong presentation skills and client communication experience • A command of social platforms, trends, tools, and analytics • Confidence in managing both people and process • Ability to lead a team while remaining hands-on when needed • A solutions-first mindset with a track record of follow-through work.
