Social Media Manager

Creekmore Marketing is a fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency in Lexington, KY. We offer everything from SEO, PPC, Web Design, Social Media, Graphic Design, and Content. We are a fast-growing company and are looking for the right person to add to our social media team of nine. An ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to contribute to a team environment while simultaneously working independently to achieve goals. This position provides support to the Head of Social Media by executing the following responsibilities: • Managing 15+ social media accounts and content creation for clients, weekly • Handling time-sensitive posts and resolving any time-sensitive issues that arise • Helping the Head of Social Media with the onboarding of new social media clients • Creation and Management of Social Media ads (audience creation, monitoring ads, updating promos, etc) • Editing TikToks, YouTube Videos, and IG Stories and Reels • Creating videos with themselves in it for clients • Social media consulting (research, materials prep, conducting the consulting appointment, follow-ups as needed) • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies • Social Media clean-up • Respond to comments and engage with the client's audience daily • Research for new and potential clients (Proposal creation as needed) • Helping with administration tasks as required (answering the main office line, helping with paperwork, etc.) Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor’s Degree • On trend with latest social media developments and deep understanding of online behaviors • Experienced with Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms • Exceptional written communication, multi-tasking, networking, time management and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and quickly, but precisely and meet deadlines • Knowledge with scheduling Platforms is a plus • Experience connecting with social media influencers and communicating with an audience from a brand perspective a plus
