Who We Are. This role will own the execution of organic and paid social efforts across multiple client accounts, develop strategic campaign plans, oversee optimization efforts, and analyze results across multiple platforms including (but not limited to) Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest. Content: • Plan and execute strategic social media content calendars (including post concepts, copywriting, and collaboration with creative team) • Write strong, platform-appropriate copy across multiple brand voices • Coordinate with the creative team to develop content that aligns with strategy and campaign goals • Manage daily community engagement and reputation management (comments, DMs, reviews as applicable) • Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities. Paid Social Advertising • Develop and execute paid social campaign strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs • Manage paid social campaigns day-to-day, including optimization opportunities to improve performance • Channel strategy • Budget pacing and management • Targeting and audience development • Creative and ad copy development • Testing and iteration • Track and report on campaign performance and communicate status updates to internal teams and clients • Provide custom analysis, key insights, and strategic recommendations • Strong knowledge of social platforms, best practices, and content formats • Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on results • Excellent copywriting skills and experience writing across multiple brand voices • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Self-starter with a positive attitude and a drive to exceed objectives for clients and the agency
