Manage social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTokOrganize, plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand voice, standards, and goalsWrite compelling captions, content, and calls-to-actionMaintain a content calendar and ensure consistent postingAbility to think and plan strategicallyMonitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build communityAnalyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordinglyStay current with social media trends, tools, and best practicesCollaboration with internal account management and creative team members on campaign strategy and client needsQualifications Experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brandsStrong understanding of current social media trends and platformsStrong writing and communication skillsBasic graphic design skills or an eye for visual composition and detail Knowledge of paid and organic strategies and planningAsset management and organization skillsExperience working within the Vista Social campaign management AI-based platform or willingness to learn.Familiarity with or hands-on experience with generative AI technology and various modelsHighly organized with the ability to manage and monitor multiple accounts/projectsCreative mindset with attention to detailAbility to craft ad copy and contentProfessional communication, reliability, and competency skills and abilitiesComfortable working with and communicating directly with clients Preferred (but not required)
