Social Media Manager

Job Title: Social Media Manager Company: JF Media + Marketing Location: Little Rock, AR (hybrid-remote) Employment Type: Full-Time The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, and managing social media content across several client accounts simultaneously. Manage and execute social media strategies for multiple client accounts Build monthly content calendars aligned with client goals and campaigns Write engaging, on-brand captions tailored to each client’s voice and audience Coordinate, produce and publish both video and graphics across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and others as needed Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement for assigned accounts Collaborate with clients and internal team on campaigns, launches, and content shoots Track performance metrics and provide monthly reporting to improve results Stay current on social trends, platform updates, and best practices Maintain organization across deadlines, approvals, and client deliverables Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously Strong writing skills with a clear understanding of tone and brand voice Experience using social media scheduling and management tools Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
