You will own the marketing function for our Bridgeport taproom — social channels, paid ads, email and SMS, influencer and local partnerships, and on-the-ground content capture at the taproom and events. You will report directly to the Director of Operations and will have real autonomy to make decisions, test campaigns, and kill what is not working. If you measure your success in follower count, this is not the role for you. Build a content library so we are not scrambling on slow weeks. Demonstrable experience running paid ads on Meta and/or TikTok with a real budget — you can walk us through campaigns you ran, what you spent, and what the results were.
