About Us We’re hiring a sharp, organized, and creative Social Media Manager to lead day-to-day management of client accounts. This role includes organizing content, ensuring on-time delivery, tracking performance, and maintaining strong communication with both our internal team and our clients. You’ll be part of the core flow that keeps our clients looking sharp and running smooth. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement social media strategies for multiple B2B client accounts • Manage and deliver scheduled content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) • Package and send ready-to-publish posts: visuals, captions, hashtags, and formatting • Maintain and update organized content calendars for each account • Respond to DMs, comments, and manage online community engagement • Coordinate with editors, designers, and the operations team • Be present at video/photo shoots, brand events, and networking mixers • Analyze performance using Google Analytics and in-app tools; support reporting • Communicate clearly with clients and ensure timely delivery of all assets
