Social Media Manager for Musician Part-time Independent Contractor $20/hour The Social Media Manager will create compelling social and digital storytelling that reflects the dynamic work and story of an independent musician. You will be working directly with the musician and his team in Seattle and Buffalo. We’re looking for a creative, motivated, versatile individual to fill an integral role on the team. This role includes but is not limited to: Social media management and content creation: \\- Schedule and monitor all social media feeds *Instagram *TikTok *Facebook *Twitter \\- Monitor comment/messages and respond in a timely fashion \\- Assure the growth of each channel month over month in a goal-oriented manner \\- Curate high-performing content for different channels \\- Graphic design and other forms of online visual announcements \\- Light video editing Strategy and Analytics: \\- Conceptualize campaign ideas, be on top of what’s trending, come up with ideas for content that would be timely to post. \\- Prepare monthly plans and reports Preferred Qualifications: \\- Experience with professional social media management \\- Proven track record of growth through visual platforms \\- Graphic design expertise \\- Video creation and editing abilities on iphone, android or similar devices \\- Effective and open communication \\- Hard-working attitude with the goal to evolve a fast-growing brand \\- Familiarity with branding in the performing arts / music space is a plus To apply, please respond to this ad with the following: \\- No cover letter needed, just a simple, concise bullet-pointed outline of your relevant previous experience \\- Links to past social media accounts you have managed professionally \\- Video editing or graphic design projects you have worked on \\- Resume
