Position: Social Media Manager: Brand Growth & Creative Content Social Media ManagerWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to take ownership of 1-2 of Crumbl's social media platforms. This role is responsible for planning and executing engaging, on-brand content that supports overall marketing objectives. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on-capable of turning ideas into compelling posts while ensuring consistency, performance, and growth across assigned channels. Social media is a huge part of Crumbl's marketing and brand strategy, which makes this a high-impact role in driving brand awareness and affinity.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage 1-2 assigned social media platforms end-to-endDevelop and maintain a robust content calendar with daily posts aligned with brand strategyCollaborate with leadership to align content with broader marketing campaigns and goalsBrainstorm and pitch creative content concepts tailored to each platformCreate original, social-first content, which may include short-form lo-fi videos, lo-fi photos, graphics, and other visual assets, with support from our in-house creative team for higher production deliverablesWrite engaging captions and post copy that reflect brand voice and toneSchedule and publish daily content across platforms in a timely manner, which will include posting on weekends at least 1x per monthMonitor platform and cultural trends and adapt content strategies to stay relevantEnsure consistency in messaging, branding, and visual identityOptimize content based on performance data and platform best practicesCoordinate with across teams as needed to ensure accuracy and consistency of customer facing communicationsStay up to date on social media tools, trends, and emerging platformsSupport testing of new content formats, ideas, and growth strategiesQualifications2-4 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand, agency, or creator. Portfolio or work samples are a strong plusProficiency with social media tools (e.g., scheduling platforms, analytics dashboards)Excellent copywriting skills with a clear understanding of brand voice and toneExperience building and managing content calendarsDeep knowledge of current social media trends, formats, and best practicesAbility to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvementsStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines, and extreme attention to detailCreative thinker with a proactive approach to ideation and problem-solvingComfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a teamComfortable in a fast-paced, quick changing environment is a mustBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Crumbl was founded in 2017 by Jason McGowan & Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah.
