🔥 About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, reliable Social Media Manager / Content Creator to grow our restaurant’s online presence through **real, in-the-moment content**.
This is **not a remote role** — you must be in the restaurant capturing content during busy hours.
What You’ll Do
* Create and post content on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
* Capture real-time video/photos of food, guests, and team
* Post consistently (3–5 times per week)
* Respond to comments/messages and engage with followers
* Highlight promotions, events, and daily buffet offerings

You can also work **server shifts** to earn tips while gaining real experience that helps you create better content.
Schedule Requirements
* Must be available some **evenings and weekends**
* Must work **on-site during peak hours** for content capture
Employment Options
* **Employee (W-2):** Hourly + optional serving shifts
* **Independent Contractor (1099):** Flexible structure (per post, per shift, or monthly)
What We’re Looking For
* Comfortable filming in a busy restaurant environment
* Up-to-date on TikTok / Instagram trends
* Outgoing personality (not afraid to be on camera)
* Consistent, dependable, and self-motivated
* Restaurant experience is a plus

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
