Responsibilities Create, manage, and grow social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedInProduce high-quality short-form video content and reels showcasing luxury homes, construction progress, lifestyle elements, and behind-the-scenes footageOperate drones safely and professionally to capture cinematic aerial content of homes and propertiesPhotograph and film completed projects, job sites, team culture, and client experiencesWrite engaging blog posts, project features, captions, and website content optimized for SEODevelop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing goals and project timelinesEdit videos and photos for social media, website, and digital advertising campaignsStay current on social media trends, reel formats, algorithms, and luxury home marketing strategiesCollaborate with ownership, project managers, designers, and trade partners to tell compelling project storiesAssist with branding, email marketing, and promotional campaigns as neededQualifications Experience managing social media accounts for luxury, real estate, architecture, construction, hospitality, or lifestyle brands preferredStrong video editing skills for reels and short-form contentExperience operating drones and obtaining aerial footage (FAA Part 107 certification preferred)Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing softwareStrong photography and videography abilitiesExcellent writing and storytelling skills for blogs, captions, and marketing contentUnderstanding of social media analytics and engagement strategiesSelf-starter with strong organization and time management skillsAbility to travel between Naples and the Florida Keys for project shoots and eventsPreferred Skills
