Social Media Manager - iFixit

They will work alongside our content and marketing teams to create and manage monthly calendars, use marketing strategies to deliver iFixit’s message in creative ways, and moderate our social media community. **Responsibilities:** * Oversee day-to-day scheduling and posting and management of a monthly social media calendar * Ensure brand consistency through tone, copy, and visual assets * Work with the content and marketing teams to create and implement social media strategies and campaigns * Create actionable plans to grow and maintain followers on popular social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube—as well as develop iFixit’s presence on newer platforms like TikTok and Discord * Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools including Google Analytics * Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company to ensure a positive customer service experience **Qualifications:** * 2-3 years experience managing social media accounts for a global brand * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field * Proficient using multi-social posting programs.
