Social Media Manager (In-Office Position) Develop, implement, and manage social media content for multiple clients that consistently promote engaging ideas, creative initiatives, and campaignsSupervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the client and ensure a positive customer service experience.Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through social media channelsWork with Brand Managers to create and implement social media strategiesCreate actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through the client’s social media platformsManage paid advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, and performance reporting.Analyze, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against KPIsAttend client meetings as needed to provide updates, present reports, and discuss strategic improvements.Research social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the client’s brandingMentor and support Junior Social Media Managers and Social Media Coordinators in executing campaigns.Collaborate closely with the social media team and accounts team to maintain a unified approach to client needs.ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNEDEXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: · Bachelor’s degree in internet marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field.
