Social Media Manager (Multi-Client | Strategy + Execution)

You will not be responsible for filming or editing content (we have in-house videographers), but you will guide content direction and ensure what gets produced actually performs. Key Responsibilities • Manage and post content across multiple client accounts weekly • Guide videographers on content direction, hooks, and messaging • Maintain consistent brand voice and identity for each client • Respond to comments and DMs in a timely, engaging manner • Turn content into engagement, leads, and growth (not just views) • Repurpose content across platforms effectively • Monitor performance and adjust strategy based on results What We’re Looking For • Experience managing multiple social media accounts at once • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube • Ability to think in terms of content → engagement → conversion • Strong sense of what makes content perform (especially short-form video) • Organized, efficient, and able to handle high volume without dropping quality • Comfortable giving direction to creative teams (videographers/editors) • Strong written communication and brand voice awareness Nice to Have (But Not Required) • Experience working with small/local businesses • Familiarity with CRMs, lead tracking, or marketing funnels • Basic understanding of paid ads and retargeting If you prefer managing 1–2 accounts slowly and perfecting every post, this role likely isn’t the right fit.
