Position: Social Media Manager (On-Site – Grand Rapids, MI) Chrispy Media is seeking a highly motivated, on-site Social Media Manager to lead both paid and organic social media strategy for agency clients and our own brand channels. This role is hands‑on and performance‑driven. If you understand the difference between engagement vanity metrics and real business results, we want to talk. Core Responsibilities • Build and manage paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (1+ year required) • Execute Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns including audience building, budgeting, creative testing, and optimization • Develop and manage Linked In ad campaigns for B2B lead generation • Support Tik Tok ad campaign development and testing • Monitor performance daily and optimize for conversions, lead quality, and ROI • Conduct A/B testing on creative, copy, audiences, and placements • Provide clear performance reporting to clients and internal leadership Organic Social Media Management • Develop and manage content calendars for clients and agency channels • Facebook • Instagram (posts, stories, reels) • Linked In • Tik Tok • Write compelling captions aligned with brand voice and business objectives • Identify trends and implement platform‑specific growth strategies Creative & Content Support • Basic graphic design skills preferred (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) • Ability to create simple but clean ad creatives • Video editing experience a plus (Reels, Tik Tok‑style short‑form content) • Collaborate with internal creative team when larger production is required Reporting & Analytics • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across paid and organic channels • Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights • Track KPIs including engagement, CTR, CPL, conversions, and ROI • Provide strategic recommendations based on data Business Development Support • Assist in social strategy development for new business pitches • Participate in client presentations when needed • Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts • Help position Chrispy Media as a leader in paid and organic social strategy Qualifications • Minimum 1 year experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager & Meta Business Manager (required) • Experience managing both paid and organic social media • Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and Tik Tok • Familiarity with social scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Sprout, Social Pilot, etc.)
